Molesting a child, hands down. That would be my serious answer.

whist i agree with you there, i'm going to throw a point of view in purely for discussions sake..

where would that sit compared with murder?

murder is final, no coming back from it.

however there are cases where people have copped abuse as a child, but have been able to rebuild through therapy and live a fulfilling life, being able to be a part of others lives, and even give life of their own..

but murder. that's it. no more.

Murder is bad, but the victim's suffering ends there. While some do recover from being molested, many more never do. Their lives, however good they may end up, are forever shaped by that. I'd rather be dead than have to deal with PTSD, trust issues, sexual dysfunction etc for the rest of my life.

Death can be a mercy.

- Tortue
- Mental abuse for years on end
- Rape
- Molestation

There's plenty. Each inflict a specific amount of damage on a case by case basis when you look at the factors within each case. People involved, severity, environment. To compare one to another isn't even logical as each has/have a different outcome.

I mean, rape is bad for the reason it's demeaning, wrong and sexual assault and can cause a person to have serious mental issues and scarring.
Torture inflicts serious significant pain on an individual and causes distress and security issues.

List goes on and on.

Yeah, it is pretty different on a case by case thing. I think i made my call based on what i would hate happening to me, and being a vegetable is deadset my worst fear. f**k that.

As it is one of mine. If I were to ever be in such case, I'd want the plug pulled. I wouldn't want to live such way.

i'd go with what the fritzl girl or the 3 girls in the states went through but then chuck a final long torture murder at the end.

Isn't much else you can do to a person

Well, there you have it: something worse than rape, murder, or torture.

Let's go to the next step. If said items would be the worse case scenario. What would be the best thing to happen to you? ie, what could you say "If this happened right now, I'd be insanely happy".

(Note; Try keep it somewhat realistic).

I assume that rules out winning the lottery?

I'd love for either my proposed sponsored trip to Tanzania to come through, or to find an agent who liked my novel enough to start shopping it around to publishers.

Yeah, let's say no lotto, banging Scarlett Johanson and all those things. Things that are just more realistic.

If a good friend of yours told you they'd killed somebody (who you didn't know), what would you do?

In honesty, the second you know - don't you become liable to persecution because you knew about their actions but didn't report the action?

I mean, I'd be shocked but I would sit down and talk to them. I won't judge or anything, I mean, I'd do what a friend could do in that situation.

I honestly wouldn't care what the circumstances were provided they weren't a serial killer or hadn't murdered somebody I knew.

I mean, I wouldn't be down with them killing a girlfriend in a fight or killing someone 'just because', but I'd be inclined to hear them out and can't say I'd lose any sleep over knowing and not ratting them out provided they had their reasons.

Loyalty to friends and family come ahead of loyalty to 'the law' in my book. Always has and always will.

And loyalty to not getting myself thrown in jail comes first. You're no help to all your other friends and family if you go to jail for the sake of 1 idiot.
