Was a great day, people. Good to see all the forumites there. Good to see a whole bunch of other people there, too.

Great to see the kids with their body paint. Great to see their nipples out and proud.

Got a chance to walk around afterwards and tell some people to check the website for seating info for next week so hopefully that helps.

Onwards to the SFS!

Judging by the photos, there was no reason for early week frustration or negativity at the state of the away army for this match.

Back on topic, and despite my initial pessimism, today's turnout was absolutely un-bloody-believable.
It was quite an enormous surprise that with little advertising, such a large group could be achieved. Obviously, LU had little to do with it, but I'd be interested in the motivation of those that DID turn up, as to why, or how they knew.
Maybe they just saw the flags hanging off the back fence. Maybe it was word of mouth.
But, in any instance, it was a terrific response from Eels fans to join as one.

Several people did some recruiting regarding not only next weeks game, but also inquired as to people's intentions for a home bay next year.
There was an enormous amount of interest in such a setup, so I can only hope that the club knows how to tap into this market, to make their planned supporters bay a true success.

I can tell you, it looked absolutely fabulous on TV (or PC)..and smack dab in the middle of all of you was little Mystik holding the fort as usual...
