Klein just ruins games. He is inconsistent, and tends to referee differently game to game.
Regardless of who you support do you think a 9-2 penalty count was warranted?, or was Queensland really that undisciplined compared to NSW?

Super League fans knew 15 years ago that Klein was rubbish. Would still be one of the top refs here now though, the standard has dropped off massively in the last 20 years.
