So at work to display our computer monitors I download new movie trailers off the Apple website and have them running all day long. Hence, I'm watching trailers for upcoming movies just about every day and there are some that I really like the look of and cannot wait to see.

Watchmen - looks to be pure awesome
Trailer 1
Trailer 2

X-Men Origins: Wolverine - to me looks like it will make up for X-Men 3

I guess I made this thread as a place where new trailers and new movies can be posted and discussed, so post and discuss!

You'll be disappointed if you expect The Road to be a horror movie.

the one with the synopsis:
The story centers on a man who embarks on a nightmarish road trip after a nuclear explosion in an attempt to transport his son to safety while fending off cannibals.

certainly isnt a comedy ;-)

If it's anything like the book (which I'm pretty sure it will be) it will be really slow moving drama with not a lot happening.

There will certainly be a couple of pretty horrific scenes in it though.
Hopefully they include the part where they find a baby roasting on a spit over a fire.

Angels and Demons - this one should be interesting in my opinion it's a lot better book than the Davinci code,

Star Trek - very curious to see what Abrahms does with this, it's not going to be easy for any of the actors involved to step into the shoes of their predecessors and their iconic alter egos.

Transformers 2

Transformers 3

Transformers: The prequal trilogy

Sure the first was cheesy with aweful dialogue, but it had the only thing any movie ever needs:

Giant transforming robots fighting each other

Angels and Demons - this one should be interesting in my opinion it's a lot better book than the Davinci code,

I find it hard to split the books since they are the exact same.

Same plot and structure with the same twist.

Yeah I've seen that trailer. So far I've managed to avoid all but the most basic of story details though.

And while you're right about The DaVinci Code and Angels and Demons being almost the same is style for some reason I just find the ending to DaVinci code a lot more anti climatic then angels and demons as though it's not quite fleshed out as well or something.

Has been a while since I've read either though. Personally I preferred Digital Fortress to both though.

I read through all four of his books within the space of a week while on holidays about 4 years ago. While I can't remember much, I do remember Angels & Demons being the most engaging one of all

Yeah apparently its more of a thriller/horror. either way im looking forward to it, actually more so now that you mentioned that part about the baby....

I'm more interested in seeing how they deal with the scene where
he finds the basement full of dismembered people that are being kept as food.

Cannot wait for The Watchmen. I was intrigued when Penn was attached and moreso now that I've read the background and seen the trailers. It looks like a mix of film noir, action, and epic that will just blow people's minds.

Wolverine looks pretty awesome as well. Loving the inclusion of guys like Deadpool, Blob, Gambit etc.
