I have lost 40kg since March. I nearly broke my friggin' neck and I was put on a programme to healp me lose it.

I am now just 10kg over my ideal playing weight and am close to reaching my previous fitness levels.

Hark and mark my words - in a year's time, people will say Mark who and Shane who? Because Eelementary is back in business baby!

Congratulations Eelementary,

That's a fantastic effort. Maybe you could give the rest of us a few tips to help
us along.

I've lost another 2 kg........so that's 16 kg all up for me since the beginning of
October.

I still have about 10 kg to go before I will be a real happy girl, but for the first time
in years I actually feel like I might just get there in the end... :D

As long as you are getting enough from the 4 main food groups, you cant go wrong....

1. Canned
2. Frozen
3. Takeaway
4. Dine in

See, I was playing prop for my local team and got caught up in a nasty tackle. Hyperextened my neck, and was placed on a high fat diet, because apparently it would help heal the neck quicker.

Unable to move, I gained plenty of weight.

When I could move my neck again, I was essentially placed on a routine of 5 km jogs every morning, with 10 km cycles and weights.

Eventually since March I lost 40 kg.

YUK

.........let me re-phrase my earlier post.

That's a fantastic effort Eelementary..........but if your methods for losing weight had
anything to do with torturous exercise regimes, or lengthy hours spent on bicycles,
then I hope you keep them to yourself.

Weak-hearted people like myseslf can't afford to be shocked like that..... ;-)
