Aussie Marc Leishman leads the masters 3/4 of the way through round 1. He's on 6 under.

Jason day is third as well.

Adam Scott equal fourth .

I tuned in when I heard Garcia was at 5 under and on the back 9.

Just as he gets close to the lead he usually pulls out an epic choke.

Didn't get to see if it happened though.

All four Aussies are now in the top ten.

Leishman still leading at 6 under

Day , Senden and Scott at 3 under.

Leishman in the House at 5, Scott at 3 and Senden at 2 under all 4 Aussies in the top 15

Day is the 36 hole leader now.

I don't ever remember this many Aussies being in contention. And it's the only four in the tournament.

At least they don't have the pressure of leading into the final day.

I pretty much only watch this event, I do play, but only watch the Masters.

And are the QLD Aussies going well, hell yeah, every chance.

I have a meeting @ 9am, but there is a TV in that room, I will tell my boss be thankful I am here otherwise I would be late, now shhh, I am watching, carry on with your meeting.

Yeah , I typically only watch this. Sometimes the US open and British open depending on the course they play at.
