Use of the bench

I know this gets discussed a lot here, but tonight the way Sheens used his bench really bothered me. In the first half he made 2 interchanges, Iosefa on for Siro (forced) and BMM on for Lawrence (forced). The entire starting pack stayed on all the way until Mitchell scored early in the second half, then he decided to change both props. How does he expect to have any fresh legs at the death when he doesn't give our starting forwards a breather? Why did he not change anything when the Cowboys were cutting right through us in the first half?

Absolutely ridiculous, especially given the speed of the first half.

Anyone know how much game time Bell got? I saw him briefly appear in the 2nd half, made a few damaging runs and tackles and then disappeared again. Given the big effort by the forwards yesterday surely he could have spent a bit more time out there?

Bell and Moors seemed to get bugger all time given how many injured players we had.

That first half was blisteringly quick.

Athough Isoefa went ok i cant understand why would you take a spare hooker as your 18th man ? Particulary as there was an injury cloud over Timid ,surely someone like Humble who can play 1-2-5-6-7-9 would have been more benificial to the team . Im f**ked if i know what he has ever done wrong to be overlooked all the time , at least BRET are enjoying his presence and he will least get to see some finals time there.

I stopped trying to make sense of Sheens a long time ago.

His use of the bench is absolutely criminal most weeks.

Bell played 27 minutes. Mind boggling. He has been great this season when given an opportunity to play big minutes.
