He got massive eye-balling from Fish and I don't think he made eye contact himself!Admitted as much in the post match chat on Fox.

No TMM next week.
Boyd clearly not the answer going forward.
Is it time to have a look at Jett Cleary this week?
Looks like Boyd had a good game in Cup. Might help restore his confidence. Jett is a good talent, for sure, but still way off FG imoNo TMM next week.

Webster was clearly frightened about Boyd's defense. I found it refreshing that he'd wield the axe when required, if he truly felt after a couple of weeks that Boyd wasn't doing his jobI get the long kicking thing in the wet but overall I can’t bemoan Webster going for TMM over Boyd. Boyd hasn’t been going great and there’s a strong argument TMM deserved that spot. The way some of y’all are talking you’d think Tanah Boyd (from the Gold Coast!) had won the Grand National on a Heavy 10 and was from a long line of mudders. The real issue was TMM going down injured.
I can't understand a bit of that. Lussick's service, especially left to right, is so laboured. Maybe he's a better defender than Healey but I dunno how a guy can be behind another guy in the pecking order, then play 50 mins straightYes he did and the game was well gone by the time Healy came on
I’ve probably got slightly different views to the majority on TMM but I won’t dig up that debate again. As has been argued, TMM over Boyd is very defensible… Lussick is not so
Those are the answers we should get as fansI haven’t followed the post-game reports... has Webster talked about why he made the spine changes?
Both calls seemed to come out of the blue a bit, especially the Lussick one.
Re TMM I do too, he’s 29 or so and never established himself as a half. But he’s a useful player… getting hurt was unlucky, no sense in having Boyd on the bench if you go with TMM, but we weren’t going to win that one regardless…. Coming games more winnable, but some bigger names need to stand upI’ve probably got slightly different views to the majority on TMM but I won’t dig up that debate again.
That said, of all the (fit) halves on our books, Boyd’s kicking game was probably the best suited for the conditions Sydney has copped the last couple weekends.
