It’s a ploy to end up at Cowboys in 2019 without a transfer fee.

Go to NFL and find out it is too hard and then return to Cowboys by start of season.
Sharks need to hold for a transfer fee wherever he goes. I’d like to say the nrl wouldn’t allow what you’re saying...but it is the nrl

Dumb f**ks thinking its for 2019 cowboys. The dude wont even be playing NFL until September 2019. He will be spending a year training.

I'd rather he disappear for a year than sign with the cows. He'll never be the same player when if he comes back.
These guys all have a dream to be able to make a professional team within a year of training while up against blokes who did it there whole lives.
It's all for the lifestyle no doubt which is completely different from living in the towns ville.

Flanno f**ked up by giving Barba no thought. He probably would have signed for peanuts too.

I reckon good on him. Go for it young fella. Spend the next few months training and trying to make a squad. If he does then great, if not what’s he lost?

He ends up at NQ where he was going anyway.

As for the homesickness. Was that ever a direct quote from Val?

Paint me not surprised.
All it took was ::::::::: 48 hours.
Stinks of 'player management 101' - throw out a story about another code being interested to add more $ to current asking price and to give an extra piece of negotiating power - whether that's to use to get out of contract early or whatever.
Player managers now have far too much power in the game - the NRL seriously need to do something about that. Remember the thing at the Tigers where 'the big 4' all came off contract together - the player manager had the club completely by the balls. And then there are situations where they'll have 1 big name who they want to move to a club, so they then start moving other players who they manage from that destination club to make room - it's madness.

Addo Carr, wants to play fullback. Isnt he one of the crew waiting on the pay dispute with C.Smith?

Excellent outcome if it happens.
He was never staying anyway and instead of watching him prance around in a f**king Cowboys jersey, we all get front row VIP tickets on the Val NFL bandwagon.

Nah think he's locked up. They're shopping Kasiano, Cheyse Blair and someone else not worth remembering

Cheers AJ I scanned an article about it, saw a quote from JAC and made the rest up myself. LoL. Would have been nice though.

The Club should only grant him a release to pursue NFL during 2019.

That should be the condition.

Under no circumstances is he allowed to play for Nth Queensland in 2019.

If you don’t like that Mr. Orr you can go suck a dick.
