He is only part of the cancer that has infected the team. Raper has to lay down the law and those who don't obey should be dropped. At this stage Nutley is our worst habitual offender but probably because of historical reasons he is very closely scrutinized by the refs. Bird???? wtf was he trying to prove. He will now miss most of the season for his brain explosion. Can this be an example to build on?

Sack him for 12 weeks

I must say, however, it happened right in front of me

That moron ref missed it and then watched in on the big screen
Youre not allowed to do that
We, therefore, got stiffed
But would we expect anything else????

Now to the Nutley Issue.
I'm not on the f**k him off bandwagon.
I think he got jipped twice tonight.
I think he has to be re-assigned in his duties.
BTW his job is to intrude the ruck & cause mayhem, that is why he is always amongst the penalties.

I don't think his "new role" under Raper is working. Perhaps we need to bench him or give him a week in divvy.

Well Tama, who do we replace the massive work loadhole, that removing Nutley will create, with?
One of the star prem League players ? The ones who got belted even further than the firsts tonight?
How a bout, we get everyone fit, everyone on the field, & start developing a few combos before we hit the panic button.
The only thing that matters about next week, is how much we have learnt & improved from this week.

but what about when that idiot, nutley, gave away that final penalty on the last tackle tonight

and everyone just could not believe it

what do you do? surely we're not better off with him
nutley is a goddamn joke

i'd prefer to concede the points early.

I would prefer to have a guy in my team who tries his merkin out & fargs up rather than a guy who just fargs up or doesn't try. Like a hodges, or Ryddell etc.

When you put it that way reefy I have to agree with you. We seemed to lack enthusiasm tonight and our attack was pathetic.

i think nutley is tops. A real crowd favourite, however he doesnt do himself any favours and is well suited to being a bench player.
