Guys - I might need some opinions on this. I know Penrith shortened a fair bit today and the way this works is based on the starting odds for the week. I don't think it's fair to allow bets placed after Friday night for this reason. What do you all reckon?

To keep interest alive in this thread i think it should be open all weekend.
If you bomb out on friday/saturday like some did, you should be able to re invest for sunday games regardless of which players pull out or where the "smart" money is invested.
Just my opinion.

You definatly should be allowed to keep betting through the weekend, but IMO what ever odds are offered on friday for each game, they should stay that way all weekend.

Yeah, giving it more thought i think there should be a deadline of 5pm (or whatever you choose Azk b4 Friday night game starts) to sumbit bets for league games so you can keep track of things.

Why don't you have the deadline for Friday with the opening odds.

Then have another deadline for Saturday 5pm with updated odds and another deadline for Sunday at midday with last odds. Just get people to use a generic site like sportstab.com.au for the odds. If anyone wants to reinvest it's up to them to check the odds and post their bet with those new odds. If someone feels the odds are wrong they can be checked...

And whats the go with golden point? Are we paying head to head for the winning team? ie Penrith win head to head over Dragons?
