Say for SJ, start at 50% of kicks inside 20m must result in a try or repeat set. (Increase percentage as it goes)
Take on the line 33% of your carries.

We're so DEAD at the moment and when were down we don't seem to have any fizzle. Its like Johnson, RTS and Luke are has beens and have now lost their individual brilliance. I might be jumping the gun here with that but when was the last time we seen these 'big names' do the types of things that made them big names?
