Blair put in some great shots, missed some absolute shockers and had periods of sheer anonymity.

agree to disagree. may have missed some in midfield but it was his jersey number i kept seeing making critical tackles on our goal line. worth a point at least for me. RTS and Ken the main stars though

Yeah there's no doubt that some of Blair's work today, and in parts this year, were absolutely crucial to us. I just wish he wouldn't bring his annoying derps with him.

Haha, exactly. For a veteran on good coin, he's not bringing enough to the table. His pathetic miss on McDonald I think it was in the last 10 could've been much more costly. Yes he does good stuff but he also brings so much stuff he should be much better than.

I agree that he doesn't seem to do a heck of a lot, but honestly I think we look better as a team when he is out there...i rekon he'll be doing a lot of the unseen stuff so even though he never has the highest tackle or meter count, we seem to do better when he's on the park...

I thought Kata still was rubbish in terms of a) not sending up Maulmalo early on (forward pass); b) hungusing the ball on last tackle. He's got a lot of that in him and renders Maumolo useless attacking wise. Would rather see Hiku out there, or Ashyford

I got the impression that was all being done to coaches orders, they were going three in and slowing it down as much as possible and testing the ref out. It worked.
