C'mon Blair! I need an update. This is heart in mouth stuff when you're checking your phone from overseas!

Man the Dragons are woeful

Good solid effort from us, effort without ego... hope McFadden gives this lot another go

Lillyman was strong, very strong

That was a really gutsy effort. Far from perfect and we made a few mistakes. And boy the Dragons were woeful. But still, an important confidence boosting win with the week off ahead.

I thought Fusitua had a blinder personally, what a great player.

These boys just put pride back into that jersey.

Palavi, Gavet and Tavaga hold your heads up real high boys, you deserve to be starting the next game too. Super impressive you shouldnt be making way for nobody on that effort.

Fusitua - you had a blinder kid

You still want to drop Lillyman as well :sarcasm:

Phew. Thanks. I'm so remote recording this on Foxtel and watching it when I get back.

One of the most important, gutsiest wins in years.

Sorry for going silent at a crucial time there, Cold Roses, but with ten to go, and Gavet attempting a foolish off-load on the third tackle near halfway, I froze.

Warriors captain Ryan Hoffman:" I couldn't be more proud, had bigger wins but none more important. We drew a line in the sand about our standards at the Warriors.
"We had the mindset from the start...every player deserved their spot. To call it makeshift is unfair to them. The 12,000 fans shows the great supporter base in this country."

Haha! No worries. Thanks for the updates. It's late night in Texas and I've been drinking my way through this thread. Pretty happy that a young team stepped up.

That was Lillymans best game in ages yet he still falls behind the standard of a modern NRL prop - with his slow play the balls and lack of dynamic impact.

I will give him his due though, today he put in a lot and if he did that every week I could live with him as a prop. Though I think the end is not that far off for him.

He's well worth his place every week, more consistent than you credit him for
