It's not like we're not used to this from our beloved Warriors ... it's the new hype train fans from last year that I feel sorry for, this must be a shock.

Big start, no points. I'm worried.
I haven’t checked the stats lately but we’ve been #1 in the comp for metres gained much of the season. That first 10 minutes really summed us up, we played so much ‘good footy’ but we never looked like scoring any points. We play the house down between the two 20 metre lines but we have nothing when defending or attacking in the 20s.

The worst part about the last ten minutes is we finally started using creativity in our attacking sets.

That was 3 (should have been 4) tries in 10 minutes as soon as SJ started doing something original.
He missed two clangers with the boot too - fast asleep for most of the game and we still could have won it.

First set Lussick crusher tackle

Start on their 45m.

Eels stuck in ruck and nothing given.

SJ first attacking kick poor, looked for points with something fancy rather than pressure 20m out.

SJ using his shoulders in tackles early.

Niukore a little fumble apparently, replay unclear, no separation and no challenge.

Was a nice energetic set in the buildup.

Poor kick by Eels knocked on halfway by Talfa. Eels scrum on halfway.

Eels knock on a certain try after MGT turned in.

6 more on tackle 4 for Warriors.

Eels get play stopped for player on back field when we on attack.

Doesn't happen for us!

6 more again when Niukore held.

Eels then offside tackling Capewell inside the 15m.

Shit set, no structure and shit kick at end by Eels. 20m restart before replay showed Eels touch?

Walker cops elbow to throat and nothing, actually penalty against Warriors for holding down. Plenty of time to review.

6 again for SJ to long in tackle 25m out.

Eels score in the corner, gifted down the field.

DWZ with a poor tackle.

0-6 19 mins

Eels run it on the last, pass it forward, called knocked on by Warriors. Challenged. Touched MGT finger. Challenges gone.

Eels Scrum on our 45m.

RTS touches a pass and cant regather the ball bounces into Eels hands 15m out.

6 more, and Eels Lussick scores from dummy half. Shit goal-line defense.

0-12 23mins

SJ big boot needed after being pinned went 40m.

RTS tackled after bomb then flopped on and penalised. Starting on our 25m.

Eels penalised for tackled without the ball 35m out.

RTS scores in the corner, off a basic backline catch and pass, looked a little deep by CHT, but SJ went to the line. Talk it's obstruction by Capewell, But Brown action is tackling him.

4-12 10mins SJ misses conversion.

Barnett hurt in tackle, replay shows Cartwrite in around the knee sliding down. But nothing.

Looked similar to how Pompey got his knee hurt vs Raiders.

Cartwright pass knocked down by Leiataua 30m out.

Walker out with HIA.

Scrum shot clock goes off and Warriors penalised.

Shit kick by Eels gathered by CHT and driven back in goal.

SJ dropout goes 20m and Gutho throws a 1m forward pass to Asi to score under the post.

4-18 36mins

Eels offloads to DWZ on halfway.

Then 6 again for ruck infringement.

MGT knocks on the pass 10m out.

Gutho knocks on a pass 30m out.

Eels give away a ruck penalty with seconds on the clock, is that a professional foul?

Take the 2

4-18 40mins SJ misses. FMD

Halftime

6 again as DWZ held in tackle.

DWZ take out chasing a bomb and penalised.

Ale loses ball 2m out. FMD!!! Knocked out by Eels on replay.

Eels make a break certain. To score and offloads knocked down by Ale to regather.

Why is CHT kicking in the 4th?

DWZ had his ball grabbed??? Squirrel grip.

Bunker sees nothing, you could see hands in the area. Offical on field complaint by DWZ.

Eels offloads regather by AFB 35m out from our line.

CHT chip goes forward off 17 and 3 scores. Goes up try but easy to see no try.

We persist with the chip bombs the get defused by Eels easily.

CHT tackle on Brown loses ball.

SJ bomb knocked on 20m out, scrum, but we have no scrum play again. Capewell knocks on ball off CHT pass.

CHT tripping Eel high and penalised.

Eels kick doesn't go out as pushed back in jumping, but touchie say otherwise.

Blaze scores off it. Completely missed by MGT.

4-24 60mins

Eels drop a bomb, called knock on and challenged. Bunker calls back surprise surprise.

Shit tackles again by CHT on Brown and passes to Gutho to score.

4-30 65mins

Short kickoff regathered.

SJ kick knocked on by DWZ on last.

Eels lose ball in tackle 45m out.

6 again for Warriors.

CHT can't pull in SJ pass and Eels regather.

Eels knock on and challenged but unsuccessful.

CNK scores but way to late to many point to make up. Nice play.

10-30 71mins

Jazz offload forward, but let go.

Egan tackled 2m out, and the Eels lye in ruck.

Ref didn't want to bin but bunker must have got in this ear and send 2 to bin.

Niukore Scores.

14-30 75mins SJ misses, check his bank account.

Eels penalised for strip on Barnett.

Eels 40m line start.

DWZ stripped By Gutho 1m out.

DWZ scores off a SJ chip.

20-30 80mins CHT converts

Fulltime

Does anyone know why this is the case? My mate and I have been wondering all year why there are so many empty seats in all the sell out games. Are the corporate box seats spread out through the ground and people stay in the box?
In Newcastle the same happens, but a lot of shift workers here, so can't always make the game but season passes cheaper than game day tix if you can make more than 5 games.

The stats also show great completions.
It shows half's with no idea, no ability to build pressure or break down a defense.

The chip bomb is over used, no repeat sets tonight. Our attacking structures are flat and easy to read 1 out stuff or ball shuffled left to right.

Culture really is baked in pretty hard.
You add a talent like RTS and you manage to get worse.
Poor Fisher-Harris coming to this shit show.

Wow, they let it go, seemed pretty clear live that Capewell made contact with Browns outside shoulder and impeded him, and he nearly got to RTS after that
Only thing to me is it looked like a tackling action by Brown on Capewell and Brown didn't go to ground.
Seen plenty get called back that looked the same.

won everywhere but on the score board against a team that had been scoring 20 points and conceding 30 points a game on average prior to last nights game and missing a host of star players.
