Maumalo , don't turn your jaw into them, it's a weak spot if hit, use your forehead!
Nah trust the processWe have the be the most hopeless defence team in the comp.
I'm gonna go out in a limb and predict this: "yeah its y'know, disappointing, I'm really pleased with how the lads held in there, we were in the game up until, y'know, we weren't. We just have to trust the process"Please let us know what Martin Luther Kearney has to say about the game as Im interested in his excuses.

I can imagine a lot of us would love to ask the questions. Heaps of 'f' words lol.I'm gonna go out in a limb and predict this: "yeah its y'know, disappointing, I'm really pleased with how the lads held in there, we were in the game up until, y'know, we weren't. We just have to trust the process"
Yup. Our forwards leading the way for another week. We got a seven tackle set and the first three hit ups were RTS, Maumalo and then Kata.
Our forwards have been good?!. If accept this theory but we've done it all season and it just hasn't worked. At all. In any shape or form. And I'd be more.willing to go along with it if the forwards were otherwise actively engaged in like defending or making yards off second phase. But they're not supporting or tacklong or anything. The whole team is just dysfunctional. To be fair, this is probably the best option, for us anyway. Our forwards have been good for the last couple of months because of the momentum they are getting off Fus Maumalo and RTS taking early hit ups. Gavet, and to a lesser extent Lisone, are the only 2 forwards we have who can consistently get us on the front foot through post contact and quick play the balls. The others are making metres largely off the momentum we get from our backs. When you are working your way out of your own 20 as much as we do, I'd rather be getting somewhere with backs than nowhere with forwards.
The word "team" does not describe the group of individuals out there on the field. Our forwards have been good?!. If accept this theory but we've done it all season and it just hasn't worked. At all. SK: we've got some players playing tonight who arent yet ready for NRL firstgrade. We need to recruit players who are ready to get the job done and put a program in place to ensure those players who aren't ready get up to speed. .
It's a cop out, Hoffmans defence is terrible.Who are the players then?
Kata. Don't even know where to start.
Afoa. Needs next year in reserves learning how to defend.
Lisone. Defensively a nightmare. Needs to just play the first 25 minutes of each game for his momentum then not get back on again.
Maumalo? He tries at least. More than can be said for others.
Tevaga. Reserve grader at best.
Bell. Reserve grader at best.
