You're dead right, in fact, the only thing stopping us from copping 50 a week is the fact that we're fielding (generally), capable footballers. Imagine the horror if Kearney had our late 90s rosters.

If there is any one silver lining to be had tonight, it's that Lino/Hingano are promoting a long forgotten brand of footy of offloads, second phase, and good old fashioned jungle ball.

We lost convincingly but its not really a thrashing. Our young halves went better than I thought. We only managed 16 points but the halves created a few unrewarded opportunities. Raiders are a good side but they weren't their usual best tonight, maybe the conditions doesn't their style. Good game Raiders.

I don't think Foran will be back next week so we may possibly see if the youngsters can be consistent. Very encouraging and surprising performance from them 2 tonight in that, no one was saying the pair was going to good against the Raiders.
