Would be a hell of a thing if the odds for a team rapidly increased because their prop had a massive night on the drink! Barnett will front up tonight, he doesn't know any other way.

Slightly off topic.. just watched a replay on Sky of the ‘11 prelim final against the Storm. SJ’s try assist at the end is as pretty now as it was 13yrs ago. What a team we had back then.

I remember EXACTLY where I was when that try was scored. Truly freakish.

How much money would need to be laid to drift them out that far? Obviously that money would have to come for a reason, with some sort of an inside word or a bonafide reason. Guess we'll find out in the next 150 minutes

Probably not much, our TAB are extremely gutless. I have a mate who qualified last year to play darts against all the top dogs when they came down to Australia and NZ, our group all started putting a bit of money on him and the TAB instantly suspended betting on him lol

I (much to the chagrin of my competitors) relentlessly just pick the TAB favourites in all of my various picking comps.

This game was very close on the TAB (Canberra slight faves but like $2 vs $1.80) but for some reason I just couldn't pick against us, so I have gone against the habit of a lifetime.

We've now drifted to $2.20 though? Some word out there that Barnett won't play maybe? Hard to understand it otherwise.
