Righto, goal line drop out, this is where we want to be.

Peyroux on! Fresh legs, poor hands (but dodgy pass to him).

Finally the passes stick!
And Kata passes!
Manu scores a double. Equal with Nigel vagana for kiwi try scorers!
Johnson converts
26-18

Kata knocks on and invites tigers back into it.
And Patty takes the offer and scores in the corner and misses for first time tonight!

Thompson scores a messy try to seal the game, Matulino jump and bat back, falcon from Farah
Giving Manu his first win on a milestone game, going second on Warriors points scoring table and drawing level with Vagana for try scoring kiwis in the NRL!

32-22

They won ugly!

The much-maligned Wright had a good game? Sounded like it.

Six tries to four. A flattering margin, but of course we'll take it.

Wright on radio doing the first post-match interview for the winning side..."I hated playing against Manu, but love playing with him!"

15 penalties in the game.

Mannering 49 tackles.

Hoffman 167 metres, Lillyman 158. Our forwards are good this year. Should be a platform for Johnson to fire.

Yeah Wright played very well; exceptionally well considering he is the world's slowest winger.

Messy win indeed. Nice to bank the points, but nothing to indicate we will threaten the top 6 by year end. Maybe scrape into the 8 (prognosis at this stage!)

Well done Manu. Legend.

Wright played well? He played on a 34-year-old glorified place kicker. He didn't do anything wrong but nor did he really do anything at all. That side had two guys who run the 100m in a collective 30sec.

Anyway, we did enough but it was still two bottom-eight sides. Our edge defence is going to get a real going over from JT next week.

Great result, enjoyed most of the game.
What happened at the 42 minute when Konnie had the ball but was penalised? I could swear that Sue? what arm rolling his forearm over his spine or lower back with force

He cleaned up defensive kicks very well. Made a small line break, some good meters and no mess ups.

For a plodder he played well.

I would still like to never see him on the field again for our team.
