Egan was having a very good game, but I think it's a bit of a coincidence that we lost it when he left the park.

TMM/CHT was fine, and Egan couldn't have prevented the constant lazy mistakes we kept making.

We shouldn't underestimate the Titans either, they're a real bogey team and Campbell was in seriously good nick.

They out Wahs'ed us, they kept it simple and completed their sets and bombed our corners. It normally wouldn't have been enough but we just kept handing back free ball.

It's frustrating and annoying, and one of the real gaps in Webster's team post SJ - we just cannot put away average sides.

Niukore 150th game.

Titans 44m on first set.
Warriors with 46m.
Titans done for long in ruck, 6 more to Warriors 40m out.
Pompey easily scores, great inside step, good inside angle run by Halasima.

6-0 5mins

A nice set after points ends with high shot on Egan penalised starting on their 30m.
Boyd chip caught in field and dragged in goal for dropout, which is a 50m one.
Egan earns 6 more marker not square.
Hamasima score on the left again, dragged poor Campbell 6m who had his legs wrapped.

10-0 10mins conversion missed.

DWZ gets up after a shoulder to jaw on kickoff?
To easy for Titans, CHT beaten on outside and Pompey turns in to help but takes Out CHT allow offload to Campbell, to race away and draw CNK for Jojo to score.

10-6 13mins

Egan off for HIA
Warriors inside the 10m, 6 more for Titans from halfway.
6more again, to long in tackle by Ford 10m out.
Capewell rushed out and missed everything, DWZ had no hope. Sammi scores in corner.

10-10 16mins

6 more for Titans, Ford again to long in tackle, but was off before Leka?
DWZ has to take a chip thru dead, looked heavy but bounced for Titans!
Short dropout bounced slapped at, touched and someone Ford gets it.
Halasima knocks on 20m out after a set full of offloads to make it entertaining.
Egan failed HIA.
Forward pass by Titans on halfway.
6 more inside the 20m Titans to long in tackle.
Boyd penalised in tackle hands on back as player trying to play the ball. Starting near halfway.
6more for Titans again, ref not liking Ford in tackles.
Ford now penalised for crusher tackle.
Titans take the 2. Get Ford off.

10-12 30mins

Ref stops the game for player behind the play for Titans, Fermour uses head to brace fall and allowed to get back into the line.
Ref stops it again to get Fermour off the field when we get the ball, allowing Titans to set again.
RTS drops a ball 40m from our line after some good work by CNK and Pompey.
Scrum clock goes off, Titans not packed properly but ref let's it go!
Campbell loses ball into Halasima?
Capewell hit high, but missed, held down penalised tho.
Pompey pass to RTS called forward, high camera shot says otherwise!
Campbell on the break, turns CNK inside out but trips over his turning body.

HALFTIME, need to cut out the penalties and 6 agains if we want this. Egan a big loss

After a few back to back sets.
Titans bomb, gets reviewed after Titans score.
First touch CNK knock on, then Titans knock on. Scrum 10m out.
6 more off scrum for CNK to long in tackle.
Titans touch goes back, then stripped by Capewell called knock on 10m out.
DWZ jamming in as Capewell had gone in, Foran harbour pass to open winger to score.

10-18 49mins

Ref letting Titans hold down CNK, calling surrender when clearly not.
RTS hit high and poor ref has to penalise them.
Clear 2nd effort by Foran on Niukore on last and ref doesn't call it.
Halasima knock on bomb.
Roll ball by Capewell, handover on our 35m.
DWZ tackles player without the ball near the ball and tryline. Professional foul gone for 10mins.
Done for inside the 10m, 6 more for Titans.
Titans held up over the line, bunker reviewing as goes up no try. On CNK leg by look. f**k me bunker says try. How does everyone else see something different to bunker?

10-24 57mins

CNK gets a penalty after being held down.
Start on their 35m.
RTS off a TMM pass goes in on an angle.
Looks like CHT moved to dummy half, better service than TMM.

16-24 62mins

Titans can push player the ball player and let go, mate don't make it any more obvious your bias!
Nice ball movement in that set, Laban jumps instead of catching knocks back, but called knock on Titans.
CNK stays down, Foran got him high and penalised. DWZ back.
2 tackles that should have been 6 again against Titans let go. TMM pass to RTS goes forward.
Warriors done for a strip, ref very quick on whistle. Captains challenge. No stripping action on review!!! Bias confirmed.
30m out.
Called ball plan, but got pushed, going up Captains challenge. Titans all over him, has his arm, but no overturn. Bulldogs got the call last week, we don't this week!
Niukore not square penalised.
Martin pass intercepted by Campbell.
Titans knock on a bomb knocked back, challenged but not overturned.
Vaimauga doesn't get up from a hipdrop tackle! Mullany sent to bin with 2min left.
CNK drops ball from JFH.

FULLTIME.

I felt they more expansive with offloads which caught us out.
It's another one of these shields we play for when someone has died for the other team.

Some major bias in this game, only Fotuaika treated with same poor calls on Titans side.

I am not sure about that. Sutton went through a 20 minute period where he was on a warpath and then he inexplicably gave that up. I think it just so happened that we were losing the ruck during that 20 minute period and so we were murdered and never quite recovered. The calls were harsh, but not outrageously so. Standard NRL stuff.

What a disappointing result. Losing to one of the bottom teams at home.

Need to make a couple of changes, does TMM work better with Boyd in the halves?

Capewell back to 2nd row and Ali in centre?

100% agree. At the moment, TMM is going into any spot that is left open. He should be at fullback or halves, maybe centre if required, but not hooker.
agree. he made no impact at hooker AT ALL. Did he even have 1 dummy run? Egan had them all on the back foot from the getgo. It was a shame he went off but he does get his head in the wrong position far too often when tackling.

Ouch, the Warriors of old returned. Even Leka couldn't save us. Kind of wish I just watched the highlights instead of the full reply this morning.

Yeah but I don't think that's his fault, he's not a 9 at all. CHT is a better option. I get it, Webster doesn't want to change his halves. I just wonder where 6 TMM 7 Boyd 9 CHT is better for a game than 6 CHT 7 Boyd 9 TMM
