I thought that second half was the most clinical I have seen from them in a couple of years

Can't say I saw the whole game to really make a comment but if Manu wasn't mentioned it means he was pretty safe with his hands and doing most things right... I hope

What a turnaround. That was one of the most controlled performances from the Warriors in years, mostly due to Johnson's nearly perfect kicking game. Kept so much pressure on them for such long periods of the game, it was only a matter of time until they cracked.

Hats off to Matulino, I don't think I'd trade him for any player the way he's going this year. Lillyman was also enormous with hitups and defense backing up from SOO.

Very very pleased with this one. Warriors finally won a second half and put a team away for once. It was a very un-Warriors like performance and I loved it!

Manu quiet. No big plays but no mistakes. A few bombs left to bounce but not sure if any of those were his - think most were on the other side of the field.

I think the reason Manu has been quiet the last few games is not because lack of effort on his behalf, but more that there are other players stepping up. Kata, Maumalo, etc. are getting in there for some good early-set runs which is traditionally Manu's role. I don't mind at all if he has quiet games. He's not making errors and he'll always turn up for the big plays when we need him too.

Absolutely. No problems with his game tonight. Too often he's the only guy doing anything.

I thought the first half was very poor despite the repeat sets and resultant wearing down of the Titans. But in that half Kata stood out for me. Heaps of effort, always involved and I think no errors.

Awesome second half and it all started with aggressive defence, were far too passive in the first half. Once they won the battle for territory it was all over. That performance is why we all get so angry when they play like shit because we know what they are capable of. Well done fullas and thanks for not ruining my weekend this week.

We havent lost a game this year when tomkins has played. I think he adds alot of structure to our attacking plays and defense. If he had been fit and firing all season we would be well entrenched in the top 4.

Really nice to see the boys pull away and play some dynamic football but I still have some strong concerns. In fact I am not convinced that was as a good win and most people here think it was.

Titans had 12 players out not including Ryan James and Adam Sezer who they lost from the 2nd half.

Even still first half Titans were on top and our structures were terrible. If the team has improved we will know next week against the raiders who are a threatening team but not top 8 quality yet.

Big highlight for me was RFM - this kid ran real hard and used his frame really well. I hope he doesnt go back into his shell because the Warriors really need a backrower with dynamic ability.

Also anyone notice in the 2nd half it was Hoffman pretty much captaining the team, getting pissed off at Friend and Johnson for taking to long on penalties talking to much and Hoffman pushing them to speed up decisions up! - I thought that was pretty cool, not a quality signing he was.

The vegan diet went alright tonight, Phil.

Whatever they're on keep 'em on it.

I think they had a Steak and pasta at halftime! :D
Titans did lose a few players in the course of the second half.
Sezer tore a hammy, which I didn't pick up during the game.

Looks like they had a game plan and stuck to it tonight. was thinking here we go again at the 15th minute, but they never really lost their composure like previous games just stuck to the plan. I hope they can repeat it a few more times this year.

Two completely different halves.
I heard the caller ask the sideline commentator after halftime "What did Cappy have to say?"
The answer was "You wouldn't want to know".

Whatever it was suddenly Johnson started to get involved and the attack started to flow.
Good game.
The Pom makes a big difference too.

Friend really played well.

Yep, the good part was better than usual, but still much the same - great work by the pack, the spine mixed, the backs error prone

Disgusted that Hoffman played tbh
