So, when you say this:

"They are not a side we respect or have too much time for.
If we are not it it at half time, I expect every tiger to do their duty."

are you saying you want to see as many Panthers players hurt as possible?

That speaks volumes of what kind of fan you are. You don't deserve to be here honestly. We don't need your type of council.

Well I thought the reference to English officers lingo circa WW1 was fun in all of the circumstances on our tigers forum.

Not something I came here with to stir you up. A bit dramatic, a bit tongue in cheek, but in case you missed it, the overall point was to play tough.

You left out my posts about the tiges players, they come in for much more severe and savage treatment than your lot and you missed this that I posted yesterday.

I don’t know why you and some others get off on being so negative and personal.

You have some great folk here, people like @GongPanther who is one of the great live game day match posters.

The negativity against people personally is unnecessary.

Cries personal and negative attacks but avoids the answer.

A simple and honest "YES" would have sufficed. The hope/demand that your teams inflicts injury to another if they can't win is a dog act....but they do have BJ in their team I guess. Says a lot.

A grub of the highest order. Encases his words in 'flowery' language but underneath this is the bones of it.

Business as usual this week, Mitch is solid enough and will do the job this week and possibly next if needed. Billy straight in for Kiks, needs a bit more game time to prove his worth, has talent but a bit rushed and error prone. A solid focussed performance will ensure he is a handy back up come finals time. Liam showed what a bit of faith can do in the error improvement dept.

Hard work and diligence will hopefully get us over the line. Be warned though W/T have had another rocket put under their bottoms, (it happened just before we played them last night) so many will have something to prove.

Not going to be a walk in the park without api and Kiks attack will need some new options.

Work hard and concentrate.

TSP is a funny one. He expects us to react in a certain way - the westy way - and some of us don’t disappoint (I am equally guilt in this regard at times).

But when you stop and think about it, you kind of sympathise with the guy. I mean look, he supports a team that are perennial 9th place dwellers, he was hurt by Ivan’s decision to leave the Tigers, so much so that it’s created a deep and irrational hatred of anyone with Cleary DNA, and to cap it all off, Ivan had the nerve, nay the audacity, to playfully blow a kiss to someone yelling abuse at him.

If all of this happened to any of you, you’d also be in here venting your boiling internal rage so that you’re not wholly consumed by the varying degrees of self flagellation that inevitably follows.

Might as well jump right into it!

Is anyone thinking a debut might happen this week if Leota is out, Hammys can be tricky and it’s a good time to rest him. Maybe Smith or Hollis on the bench? Be good to see Burns get another shot too, very handy player who runs a great line.

Panthers coach Ivan Cleary has named his side to face Wests Tigers at Panthers Stadium on Saturday.

Mitch Kenny will start at hooker after Api Koroisau picked up a minor calf injury in last week's win over the Sharks.

Isaah Yeo shifts to an edge to cover the suspended Viliame Kikau, James Fisher-Harris moves to lock and Moses Leota is promoted to the starting side.

Winger Brian To'o makes his return from an ankle injury with Brent Naden shifting to the centres and Tyrone May dropping back to the bench.

Please note tickets can not be purchased for this game. All available tickets have been redeemed by Panthers full season ticketed members.

The Panthers will wear the 2020 Home Jersey.

As expected. Probably the strongest team that can be named under the circumstances. Looking forward to having To'o outside Naden.
