Of course.

6pm Friday games is 4pm Perth time. Having a 100k Bears fans tune in on the East helps the value of the deal.

I think the 220k number is wrong but if there are say 2k that attend regular away games. You are at an extra $100k for the home club.

Compare that to say the Pirates that may bring a handful.

This is why the Bears are linked not to be a joint venture partner

Even a handful is generous for the Pirates.

Also, how to we believe that "super rich" Sydney based investors are willing, and will demand nothing.

BUT, the Bears would only invest if multiple games are played at an cricket oval??
I don't think Bears investors would only want involvement on the proviso of NSO games. It's possible for club owners to not be anywhere near where their club is based.

His interview was after the WA Government said they have no interest in owning a team.

Those comments would be about that, Nick Pappas is on the advisory from the clubs. He'd no perfectly how it runs
I think it came after the rumours started that the NRL would initially own the club. He obviously wanted to kaboosh that rumor in case the other clubs started to get nervous about the NRl having a conflict of interest in this. If the membership model is a genuine consideration or an NRl misdirection, yet again, we shall see.

Moron Matt would complain about some tidy detail of the news anyway.

I don't rely on news. I rely on the voices in wbtiktok's head and the secret society's sensational snippets.
