That's the aim? Then put them on the east coast.

This is the problem with the NRL's strategy. You either go all in for expansion to Perth because you believe a team will add financially to your competition or you if you don't believe it will you don't expand there.

Going half arsed in anything in life doesn't work.

If the bears are such a big brand why haven't anyone else linked up with them?

The aim is to build the side up but that is a 10 year minimum

Most if not all of the clubs CEO's who are the ones needing to vote to accept the new club in, will all be long gone by then so aren't going to go

Look we lose home games against high drawing rival BUT this new Quokka's team possibly in 10 years will be a huge draw - Despite GC still being irrelevant

TV at the same table. You want us to have less Fri night games. Less Broncs and Souffs games but pay more in the hope that this Quokkas team can do what GWS, Rebels or The useless Campbelltown A League can't do and have enough people care to watch them.

If adding the Logo of a team that isn't in the NRL but can double the support ( Assuming the 200k isn't just BS ) gets the side in.

The outcome is the same

I never said I believed it but there were a few thousand Bears fans at the NSW Cup GF - the other clubs would of seen this

Rough maths 2k x $50 a ticket = $100k

or

100-200 fans x $50 a ticket = $10k

both options give the same outcome of having a Perth team in the comp

The clubs of course will vote for the Bears option to help when they host them

That an example of the input the Clubs who are advising on this would use

Timeslot depend but pretty much all. You can put Newcastle even Canberra has a decent supporter base.

Outside of QLD when do you see GC bring a decent number of fans?
Ive been to some all sydney games and rarely have I seen that many away fans unless non of them are wearing club merch lol.
Might be different with NS fans as only games they'll get to see are away ones, and hopefully there is a membership for them. Its certainly one of the selling points to half the NRL clubs where it makes any difference I have no doubt.
