I used to agree with the idea that it needs to be modified, but as it's just the same template used by the dogs I don't think it's necessary.

I hope it ends up either a modern digital age simple logo (think dolphins, souths etc) or something that is smart design and incorporates the ns and wa elements of the club. Both the western bears and the others that media etc have used have been under whelming so far Imo.

Should aim for better than Souths or the Dolphins.
Souths might be recognisable but that's all it has going for it. Dolphins copied that level of simplicity and ended up with an equally unintimidating, clip art looking result.

I don't think it should be a prominent feature. Knights don't have 1988 under everything and can pick and choose if it's included or not
