west aussie gov = pay for the pathways and stadium upgrades.
pathways = benefits junior sports and facility upgrades - rugby league as a whole benefits.
stadium upgrades = benefits force, glory, events and nrl club.

events costs the govt $1/2mill up to $5mill. Easier pub test than a one hit $300mill announcement.

Depends who you believe. Unfortunately the Sydney media keep talking about a license fee and that keeps fuelling the wa media. If the nrl just came out and clarified it in November the media reporting on that would have gone away,

stadium upgrade, training centre, free rent, jnr funding. All of those things can be announced with little push back. And hopefully will soon.

take $200m away because of stadium upgrade because what its part of rugby league investment only? so force, glory and all other events held at stadium wont constitute as roi for the upgrade only west aussie bears will? stop licking windows cob.
