Ive searched and cant find anything relating to bears and a centre of excellence other than the NSWRL centre of excellence at Homebush. Otherwise I wouldn't be asking. Only thing google shows is Dickson in Oct 2021 saying they would like one.
So where is this $78mill CofE and do bears own it?
