So none of them. ok.
Have you been to HBF and Canberra? I have and HBF is superior in every way.
I have been to Canberra

Five hours on a plane I wouldn’t do that unless there was a hot girl waiting

You guys can chirp all you want there’s loads of examples of afl being looked after re stadiums

In afl and non afl states

They just negotiate better with govts and have no shame

For two home grounds for a team with no fans in a state which is a rugby league one

And zero other tenants to share it with

In fumbler states there are 3 tenants

lol

two crappy home grounds that you would turn your nose up for the Bears …

Also , Homeush has three tenants - Giants, Easter Show and Sydney Thunder

Easter show lol

Yeh they need 20k seats for that

Sydney thunder didn’t exist when the ground was upgraded

There was nothing wrong with Accor

The afl kept it like that for afl games to play there

The Easter show is actually the best tenant of the three …and would use the stadium on more days than the other two combined …

F me …. You onto crying over Accor now ….

Afl paid like ten million to stop Accor being made more rectangular

So it would still be fit for afl games

Google it if you don’t believe me

In a rugby league state

Seems smart to me … don’t hate them for that … hate him for a lot of other things though
Well debunks the notion that it’s only afl states looking after afl grounds

When you get a chance google the two grounds in Tasmania and see if they need an upgrade

Nothing wrong with Pvl using it as a benchmark even if he doesn’t get what they got

Debunks nothing of what is happening in WA now …if any thing it shows the Perth Bears are heading for a similar result to the Giants …

Googling for actual facts tries to keep your claims honest… because you never provide any sources

Again problem for NRl in the negotiations is they ask for everything and contribute nothing.
Using your example of the sydney showgrounds it was a $65mill upgrade of which the NSW govt paid $45mill, AFL $10mill (15%) and RAS $10mill. Equivalent in Perth would be asking for a $200mill upgrade for HBF and NRL contributing $30mill to it.

Last paragraph is a weak response for you I expect better

Sure it does wa is getting a coe and no stadium upgrades to a ground shared with 2 other tenants

In terms of what best practice is in Australia it’s a long way behind

And it’s behind what’s happening in png and Christchurch both of which will get nrl clubs

Giants were admitted based on playing at Blacktown which Blacktown council fully funded the upgrade of 27 million.

Turns out they were there for four years too

why ? You say a lot of outlandish things that deserve to be checked ,..,

You can cry about the ground in WA until they actual come into the competition…but I don’t think that situation is changing …and what happens in other states for different t sports is of no consequences no matter how much you complain ..

You said Tasmania was a bad example as it’s an afl state and can’t be used as a benchmark (which I don’t agree with)

I’ve shown you how afl gets treated in rugby league states

There’s also the women’s afl ground at Springfield and the new stadium in Brisbane for the Olympics but I didn’t want to confuse you too much lol

You haven’t shown me anything in relation to the Giants …I said the spend is in fact minimal over a 15 yr period which you ignored
