The IRB has refused to allow "Waltzing Matilda" to be sung before the Wallabies games in the World Cup, saying that it is not culturally significant enough. The NZ Haka, war dances of the Pacific nations and the more recently-adopted South African Zulu war dance will all be allowed.
Does the Sheep-Stealer Song deserve its place at the World Cup? Or should it be banned for ever from sporting arenas?
