Wow

If it's the Sharks, not sure what we could get in trade if that was the situation
no trade, we lost Val Lewis, Leutele and only signed Morris. We have cash. Moylan would seem surplus.

Newshub saying Johnson for Moses is an option... not a fan of that one
Yeah I trade my Ferrari for your Datsun 180B with a clutch problem. bbbwwwwhahahahahaha

Geez Shaun do not go to parra.

I'd take Brooks or Nikorima, not many others would tickle my fancy.

Not a big fan of Pearce but he goes good at club level, although that would never happen.

Just imagine Ponga and SJ in the halves tho....

What did Cameron George really think was going to happen? Did he really expect SJ to roll over and just take this news lightly? He was always going to test the market.

He has given the warriors 8 years of his career. What have the warriors done for him since 2012? What coaching has he received? Not to mention coaching stability? What kind of forward pack has he had for 8 years let alone the rest of the roster? What about the back office dramas of the last 8 years? After all the shit he has put up with during this time and stayed loyal all of a sudden they are saying f**k you SJ ... pay me? Im not buying it. Warriors you farked up.

In NZ SJ is a million dollar player end of atory. After all it is 2018 not 2008.

Rant over.

I get that you have cash, but why would we let him go with no replacement? That'd be full genius...

Agree on the Eels and Moses

Why would you let him go at all?

Madness.

This would be like Broncos sending Lockyer elsewhere, except they are not stupid.

I don't have the answers, but have always had the view that Kearney is a potato

With the attitude of late being buy kiwis, perhaps Nikorima and Johnson a Bronco.

I feel sick.

If he wants out then let him go, but not for free.

He's a high value commodity. If someone wants him a year early then they should be fronting something for the privilege. The Warriors own him for a year that has value.

And if they don't want to give up anything he, and whoever wants him, can wait a year.

Any odds out there?
Cowboys, JT legacy, will his ego allow it?
Broncos, Coach to change 2020.
Sharks, Moylan there to many princesses?
Roosters, can fit when Cooper leaves, does he get pushed?

An absolute mess, and could very likely derail the entire season - just after one of the clubs best ever.

Who would play halfback? Why break up a spine that bought upon the Dally M Player of the Year? what good are Blake Green and Issac Luke now?
Yes, as I said yesterday this had the possibility of reversing all the progress of this year and guess what it's happened, exactly what did they expect to happen playing all this out in the media, disgraceful, while the guy is off representing the country. Well there plan B better not be the cancer Mitchell Moses or Corey Norman for that matter, I trust they have a Plan B, because Plan A did not work did it. The club will release him now, tomorrow more than likely, what a monumental f**kup, 2019 is a write-off, premiership window blown more than likely.

To compare SJ to Lockyer is laughable. He's generally not a big game player, and isn't even apart of the leadership team despite being around the longest. What does that say about him?

SJ didn't like not being top dog and the Warriors bending over for him every time his contract has come up. He took months last year to re sign, including shopping around at other clubs. This season the Warriors say they are in no rush in 2018 to sign him for 2020, and he throws toys and ask for an immediate release.

Don't get me wrong, I want him to stay. But on the face of it, other than Cam George being a tad brutal when initially questioned by media, I don't think the Warriors have done much wrong. He isn't a 1 million dollar player, full stop. As Mix said, look at his manager. He's notorious. There are also rumours of him having his house on the market a fair while ago, also the Warriors wanted a sit down when he was back from the UK, but SJ refused because his manager was away. Then comes his FB message, then this.

Sad to see you go Princess, but might be better for both sides in the long run here.
