This year has only started with new rules changing on the go. Points will determine games as usual but the referees might have more influence more than ever before. Dragons currently in 5th position. We are 81 for 62 against with a +19. Watch this space. We will scrap into the eight.

Whoa Top 4 right here right now. Broncos can play but poor opposition could give false impression. Wait til dust settles Sunday arvo.

Agree , let’s not go overboard with the teams win against a struggling Manly outfit , nor the Cowboys either for that matter . Don’t get me wrong , I am extremely pleased with the 4 competition points and the way the Dragons went about obtaining them , however neither side were the teams they once were .

Sitting on the higher rungs of the competition ladder is one thing , but we need to maintain the new found enthusiasm and close-knit team spirit / work to truly enjoy those views, otherwise we could quickly come tumbling down to those murky depths of the lower rungs - a place we certainly do not wish to visit again .

simple things..

zac lomax top point scorer and goal shooter.

when was the last time we saw anything like that?

Yes, its a good start to the season with a number of positive stats being raised.
McGregor had created many negative records so its a pleasant change.

Really happy with our form over the past two games, but we all need to take a chill pill.

we have yet to play a top 6 team.

If we manage to knock off Newcastle without Hunt & Bird, that would represent significant progress towards playing finals footy.
