I shotgun driving the Watmough bandwagon.

Pretty terrrible efforts sorry boys but I seroiusly had my doubts on this guy. I shaking my head when he was selected for game 2 and I must say he did surprise me when he did play well 3 weeks ago but tonight, he was f**king Spartan out there... I cannot describe how much respect I have for this man. WAOW~

Well yeah he was Godlike out there... Definately won the game for us hands down and thank God for his arrival. He is the future of NSW and we will win the series next year I can garuntee it!

Watmough from memory has only played 3 Origin games. His first was a shocker (2 years ago?).

His last 2 games have been superb.

Watmough was simply oustanding, probably the best performance by a NSW player since johns made his comeback in the corresponding match years ago. Inglis wasnt half bad either, although, he did have the worst winger in Origin history making bafoonish attempts to tackle him.

Deadset. Never been a fan of Anthony Watmough, but he is about a billion times better at Origin then Gallen.

I second that.... my new man crush also lol. But in all seriousness Watmough played like a man possessed tonight. Best performance i have seen by any forward in origin since i started watching origin in 97. Should be first picked along with Hayne next year.

At first I thought it was a bad choice having him on the starting side, I've always felt he should be used for impact. Happy to be proven wrong. He's been in barnstorming form all season and it's awesome to see him do that at Origin level. Looks to have finally shaken his inconsistency issues.

Watch the game again,Watmough set the tone from his very first hit up,as phil gould would say "get out of my way,get out of my way,get out of my way ".
He was immense and it was the most dominating single player performance that i've seen from a forward in a very long time,put the fear of god into the maroons.

That was as good a performance from a forward as I've seen in Origin.

I've never rated Wallace ever! He is alright at club level with Lockyer outside him but he definately aint the answer/saviour; Watmough is. He should play in the halves, centre and prop!

Simply outstanding performance in two games. Him and Hayne were head and shoulders abover any other NSW player with Creagh a distant third.
