I'd be tempted. He suffers from a lack of a decent 3 and 6. Put him outside Dykes and Lyon, and let the combo develop, and you have the potenial for 20 tries a season. This season, because of our abysmal defence, we have forgotten just how good a finisher he is. My one concession is that I dunno whether he would be better than Burt in the same scenario.

No Wagon? Well, there is no way he's a 5/8. He is a good defender, but for mine offers nothing in attack. Hopkins offers more variety, and I couldn't find a spot on the bench. Witt and Widders are attacking options, Stapleton a workhorse, Tsoulos a line bender.

Our defensive problems are not that we lack people who can make 30 tackles, but we lack cohesion. Daniel Wagon would be a good subby lock or centre. That's it.
