They are keeping me in my battle with Raider in the 10 things fantasy league. I'm up by a point with a half to go.

Defensive play calling was strange in the second half from the Eagles and the offence took its foot off the peddle which caused problems.

Just a strange game the we should have won comfortably. Very happy to be 1-0 though.

great win by the rams yesterday. they weren't great but the way they toughed it out and came back to win was great. they made enough errors and commited enough penalties to lose two games yet still found a way to win.

bradford - looked great out there. one bad interception but other than that was quite good.
austin - not a bad debut. bradford has to be quicker to pull the trigger when he's open. that will come in time when they get used to each other.
cook - beastly. should have had 3 tds but a great play by the honey badger and a bonehead play by cook led to him fumbling the ball away when he was streaking in for a sure td.
quinn - single handedly kept the rams in the game with his frequent pressuring of palmer. plus 3 sacks and 2 forced fumbles.
mcsafties - tj mcdonald and mcleod were everywhere and brought the wood with them. what a refreshing change from last season.

the d was feeling the cardinals out for alot of the game. didn't really know what to expect but come the 4th qtr they really stamped their authority.

the cards were surprisingly good. we all knew having a nfl calibre qb would lift the team. their d can make plays and frustrated the rams at times. they took away givens but that only allowed cook to run amok out there.

now teams will try to take cook away. then it will be givens time. or austin time. someone out there will be making plays for the rams. can't cover them all.

Full credit to the Eagles. They had our number.

Really impressive offense in the first half. In the 2nd half either they changed mentality, or the Skins started to figure it out.

Wonder what Redskin fans are feeling.. They would have had a lot of hope going into the season and today they've been atrocious.

Its a tough one. I dint want RG3 playing in the pre-season, but one has to wonder how we would have approached this game if he played a successful series in week 4 of pre-season. Had he have gone down with an injury though....... the response would have been 10 times as bad as the "I told you so's" after the playoff game last year.

Yeah, i kind of feel bad for being annoyed with the 2nd half, because if someone had of told me sunday morning that the eagles would win this game, i wouldnt of care how it happened

But we almost gave it away because the offense tried to do things they havent practised. Slow it down. Had we keep the foot on the pedal and pushed it out to 40-14 after their TD, it kills the game off straight up. But we slowed down, played a style counter productive to what we are doing and it almost come back to bite us
