Eagles are the Xmas present that could be anything.

Offensively Vick's stability and overall decision making is the question.

Defense and in particular the secondary is a real worry.

Hoping it all clicks though. Skins are no easy beats

I really dont think Chip Kelly gave anything away with the final 2 pre season games. I recon he got all he wanted out of week 1 and 2, and then put the cue in the rack.
I think we're going to come out and give the skins a decent fight. GEN-U-INE shoot out stuff, because our D cant stop a lick.

Eager to see it, though ill be working so urgh.

I'm looking forward to watching palmer run for his life in week 1. Rams d will be all over him.

Not sure what to expect from the offense. I have an idea but not sure they can pull it off right away. They will be fun to watch though.

In case you havent been paying attention:

RGIII is playing in week 1 :)

He is the reason I can get through a show of nfl live in about 10 minutes. My finger stays on fast forward whenever his head is on the screen or whenever they talk about him. What is espn's infatuation with him?

Yea, really keen on seeing what Chip has install for the offence. So man weapons for him to use.

Such a forgettable, nut-crunching Rugby League season of discontent. :BDH:

I hear that and 2014 isn't looking good for next year.

with back to back offensive and defensive rookies of the year the Panthers are on the rise. looking forward to the Seahawks week one. it should be a good indication of where they'll place this year.

monday morning productivity will be 0% for the next 16 weeks and hopefully longer

I'm having a few mates over for the start of the season on Friday, there will be 10am beers + wings and it will be great.

I <3 the NFL

I couldn't agree more about the disinterest in the 2013 league season. I haven't watched a match in a couple of weeks and hardly bother looking at scores anymore. Couldn't care less about the rest of the season - never thought I'd say that.

NFL on the other hand, wooo!

the thing is with league if Parra are not playing i find it very had to stay a wake through games of RL, yet i can watch any NFL game and be right into it.

Have to agree there. Initially it had me worried, but after the last game I'm fairly convinced of it. Normally I would consider a statement like that to be purely "optimism", but considering for the first time in years I see us being average at best, I think you're bang on the money.

Also, I still f'n hate this site on an iPad, it's so f'n painful! (Apologies, needed to vent )

I think we're a 6-10 team this year with the ceiling of an 8-8 team. Our defense is horrendous and needs more time, i cant help but think we should have stuck with a 4-3, and built personel for the 3-4 for a switch next year, but offensively we're going to be pretty good

Yup.

For me the style of NRL has regressed to a plodding wrestling game with occasional flashes of football. I start to watch a lot of games but rarely finish

Nah he did, but I think it is more 'what might have been' frustration then anything lol

I dare say anytime rg lights it up this year he will be falling over himself to change the channel abruptly lol

Haven't once thought what might have been. Rams made like bandits and there's no disputing that.

I'm just bored with their endless fawning over him. And the golden boy brady. And the bumbling jets. Why are they even talking about the jets? Why do I even watch nfl live?
