Elways decision to not re-sign Osweiler seems better and better. Gotta think after Tom Savage saved the Texans bacon he'll be watching the rest of their season from the sideline.

He was still offering Osweiler $16M with $30M guaranteed.... which is f**king ludicrous in its own right....

It's just that the Texans came over the top and look like they have bailed him out...

To be fair to Elway... the deal was going to be incredibly risky and potentially terrible anyway as Osweiler had all the leverage...

Elway's deal while only a couple of million short per year... only really had them on the hook for 2 years...

Rick Smith has f**ked the Texans for years because this move.... they will likely lose Clowney over this IMO...

Guess we'll see how good Elway is this offseason rebuilding that O-line would have to be a high priority. No run game, QB under pressure most of the day. but yeah as I recall the reason Osweiler signed with the Texans was because of that long term deal, extra dollars helped as well no doubt.

Only thing functioning for the Broncs is that D. Special teams and Offense can't do anything. Drops don't help either.
