AFC playoff picture looks very weak this year. Texans, Dolphins and the Raiders without Carr just making up the numbers. Chiefs look like they'll be they might bumble their way to win as they go up by 10 again.

One other thing I'd like to see Reggie do is bring in a new DC.

I'd like to see us have a go at getting Rex Ryan as a DC.

I don't think he will go for it... but we might be appealing to him because we have some very nice pieces in Mack, Irvin, Mario Edwards Jr, Aldon Smith... etc

and we have an offense that will allow the defence plenty of breathing space...

All I know is we need to make a change because our defence is embarrassing...
