I knew going into this season we would struggle in D - but I didn't think our offense would be so impotent.

Rams picked a good year for things to click.

9ers in year one of a major rebuild and Seattle/Arizona noticeably sliding.

9ers are torturous to watch, but at the same time encouraging to see them fight the whole way. Just still got too many gaping holes, let alone having the depth to cover injuries too.

Deadset... without him we would be by far the worst defence in the league.

It's crazy to think Houston could have picked him and paired him with Watt.

Bell was back to his usual best, it's like he needed a month in a football environment to get ready for the season or something.

Roethlisberger adequate, still underwhelming, any win in Baltimore is a rare though and nothing to sneeze at no matter how they're travelling.

I can't take KC seriously yet even though they look good. They had that year they won like 9 or 10 straight then collapsed, they're a bit like the Bengals for me, do something in the playoffs (besides beat on whatever trash comes out of the AFC south) and then I'll pay some attention.

I'm more than a little worried about how we'll go without Carr for the next 2-6 weeks.

EJ Manuel looked alright in Denver until he remembered he was EJ Manuel and threw that awful pick, but the entire offense has been off the last two weeks.

Could the Oakland Raiders mirror their NRL namesakes and disappointingly miss the playoffs after being one of the pre-season favourites? It's certainly a possibility.
