With a Half back that spreads the ball, Brad is starting to show some of that potential we all know he has Good Stuff

Come on, In gene's defense, one good game doesn't make up for the tripe that he has been showing in the first 12 rounds.

If he can PLAY like that concistantly then eat away Krappa.

I think it's the fact that Tighe hasn't been atrocious this year, just average, and Gene's been all over him like he was the second coming of George Carmont. Sure, he hasn't had a stellar season, but he's still been decent enough. Today was a particularly fine game from him, and I look forward to seeing Mullen and Walsh partnering one another in the halves.

In the first 12 weeks, it was like the second coming of George Carmont. He has played some absolute rubbish games.

He did have a fine game. But even Carmont has managed such a feat.

I like what I saw, at times today, there are plenty of tomorrows in that side

I'd still have preferred him in the side, on form, to Mad Dog. Adam's attack has been good, but he is an absolute turnstyle in defence. Whether he's being beaten for pace, intelligence, or from the kick - he's a defensive liability. Tighe's defence isn't first rate, but at least he tries. Adam seems to be jogging everywhere.

Mad Dogs is a deadset liability, he's just way too slow to play on the wing or centres, his flat bspeed isn't too bad but he's got absolutely no acceleration what so ever

A bit of space, and this is what he can do.

With Walsh in the side, I look forward to much more of it in the future.

One swallow does not a summer make!

I'll give him some credit when he stings some matches TOGETHER!

McManus and Tighe should swap positions.
McManus will never see a ball off Tighe unless it is a hospital pass.
Having said that - Tighe earnt his pay today.

I was going to put that. If he hadn't scored that second try, he would have been in the bad books, cause McManus had the line wide open. Send Mad Dog out to that side and when Tighe doesn't pass the ball, he'll biff him.

And can anyone tell me what use McDougal Jr was today? I hardly saw him!

He went off injured. Surely you noticed that?
