It’s time to stop the mediocrity and accepting close enough is good enough. I want the other teams to respect us. Do you think that anyone of the Roosters gives a flying pluck that everyone hates them. Do you think that Uncle Nick gives a flying pluck that everyone outside the Roosters hates him? They couldn’t give a rats ring. Great news Dino. Take no prisoners. And a mass player walkout .... half of our lot wouldn’t get a start anywhere else ffs.

Reasons to be optimistic
- strong financial position with sponsorship sold out
- leagues club being redeveloped with return to Shark Park
- coach signed for next 3 years
- plenty of cap to spend with a good operator in Mooney in charge
- good young players coming through
- CEO and board demonstrating ambition

Viva la revolution

Clearly, this situation is disruptive for this season but all change is. There are plenty of senior players playing for their careers and they will have to aim up if want another gig. I want to see who is professional enough to get on with it and deliver.

I’m pretty sad to be a sharks fan today lads I gotta say. All those kids that are in the side, the Nikora’s, the Blayke Brailey’s, the Rudolf’s the, the Hunt’s, the Tracey’s and the Will Kennedy’s. When you watch them play at their best remember who believed in them and helped them get there.

Removing bomber from his post is not the problem, it’s the nature of it and it’s the way this board has handled it. He’s a man of wonderful credibility with a good heart and clearly an eye for talent. Thank you bomber, you will be missed and I hope you go on to achieve great things in the future.

yep, players like dugan, moylan and woods.. if they want another contract here or in the nrl now isn’t the time to throw a tantrum otherwise they’ll find themselves on the first flight to London in November.
