I am upset that we didnt win the game, but sitting here after it all i am thinking of what we have achieved.

We are the first team that has changed coaches, got from second last and made it in the finals.

Well done boys for not giving up, we done for having a dig to where everyone was saying you couldnt do it.

Today we had a real decent chance of winning the game, we were looking at a possability of going down 18 - 0 but we got ourselves back into it. A disallowed try, we kept on going, we scored then kept on going, it was 12 - 6 and we could of won with Delaneys great run, but the luck just wasnt there, we had a chance in the first half again the luck wasnt there, widders running down the right hand side goes to pass on the inside we just couldnt get that final pass right.

Today we lost a game, but in my opinion today has shown that our Great club survived all the gutter journalism and gutter radio talkback, for a club that was in CRISIS, we lifted our selves with a shot of being in the second week of the finals.

Heads up Parra have a good break recharge the batteries because 2007 is around the corner, to all the players that are leaving good luck to all the new ones that are coming welcome.

2007 will be a great year for us we are getting a premiership winning coach who has won premierships as a player aswell.

A new direction for the team is coming in 2007. In 2006 we have unearthed new talent, in Jarryd Hayne and Josh Codobra and hopefully next year we will be luckier with less injuries and i feel that we will be in it with a great shot.

As a supporter that is all i can do, SUPPORT THIS GREAT CLUB, today i am proud of the boys, we missed our injured players today as we have all year, there is no doubt about that, but next year i am sure HAGAN will fire us up.

Thanks for not giving up today, you gave it your best shot and thats all we can ask for, hopefully next year we get that luck that can help us win the title.

great effort and it showed what a difference vella and cayless made just having them took the load off the 2nd rowers

Disappointed in the result but not the effort.
The team was not up to it, beaten by a better team on the day.
Ob la di, ob la dah, life goes on...

The boys gave it their all and didnt leave anything in the tank, thats all we can ask for. They gave the storm a hell of a scare and kept the score respectable.

It sucks that we lost, but in the end they did us proud through out the year

I honestly think this year has been the proudest I have been of my club for their on field efforts.

Even tonight, standing at the airport, all in our parra gear, we had smiles on our faces as ppl walked past (assuming we had been in Melbourne). I was proud to stand there and clap our boys off their flight. And I cried when JT came over to thank us, and when Morro also thanked us!

As far as I was concerned, they gave their all this year. It would have to have been one of the toughest years yet and we stood tall and made our mark. Thats all we could have expected. Anything that happened after Rnd 26 was a bonus!

the loss was hard to swallow due to the fact that we were still in it up to our necks in the 80th minute.

it just would of been easy to take had we lost by 40..

To say that I'm proud of my boys and JT is probably the understatement of the decade.

I agree wuth what everyone has said here.

And it's great to see that people can be positive too. It's a great attitude to have off field.

Congrats to the team, it was always going to be hard going down there, but we competed for the full 80 and they have nothing to be ashamed of.
