FMD you blokes. This beggars belief. So what we reckon is Wadey has deliberately stuck his finger up ASADA arse in a very public way only to retract it publically later on? Hes a proud footballer isn't he? Why would you issue an apology for something you intended doing that apparently hit its mark? You guys don't need me to tell ya that you can believe what you want, its a free world. I reckon it was blind purile recalcitrance from a young bloke who (if he gave it any thought which I doubt) did what most 22 year olds would do "f**k it its me day orrf...sniff''' im gunna wear what I want sniff" which is totally different from a tactical strategy designed to put ASADA off. If the later was true why did he or the club need to apologise. He dint think and the club have pulled him up on it. Reefy's pickin a bone with us all I reckon and ive fallen hls!

when you're being f**ked in the ass you can bet on your house there is a plan

Its up for debate whether grahams approach was off his own back, agreed amongst all the players in question or even if it was a combination of the later plus the club, who knows?

what I believe to be true though, is that there are a lot of people not only in our club but the league community who are fuming over how this probe is being conducted, the guage for this was the outcry of the "causal link" leaked to the media about johnny mannah which was an absolute disgrace and unfounded by a lot of high level experts.

where this leak came from? again, who knows, but I have my suspicions and I think the intentions for this leak have backfired and generated a gloves off approach from all involved!

The way the graham interview transcended was a test of ASADA's volatility and subsequent credibility.

They've thrown a monumental tantrum and theyre scrambling to regather!

Come up for air fellas because you're running out of gas! quickly!

As for the apology, its all PR, to be seen to be doing the right thing, wrist slap stuff to negate any negativty from the media because they were always going to carve him up for it, and I've already shown how much of a farce that is by the picture I posted of Curtis and Wade!

Media are vultures picking out our seams trying to throw fuel on our fire for their gain, that being selling stories!

If I were Dave Smith, I'd play the ultimate game of hard ball here, I'd suspend all further rugby league matches until further notice, bring everything to a head by forcing some kind of inquest, make everyone available for review and force the 'actual' put up or shutup card by ASADA.

It's a massive nads on the line play that could well earn the new CEO some serious credibility!

Crystalise the negativity and future negativity and be done with it and move on to watching footy and not treating guys taking amino acids, etc as hardened criminals.

Watch the rats jump off the boat then...

:clap::clap: Luv it. Put the acid right on those at the very top, those who many say instigated this.

Well said Birdee.

A little bit of coercion on the NRL's part. The ultimate put up or shut up, unfortunately I don't think Smith has nads that big.

Including the sponsors, one of which just paid $1B plus to have the product shown on TV (not suspended while ASADA run to their own time frame which they will do and not give a shit). The CEO cant and gord willing wont. The key to getting through this in not ranting and raving about ASADA. Its making sure at all costs that our games backers remain committed to the game while and after this shit fight ends. That's what annoyed me about Wadey. Regardless of what his dress sense message to ASADA was (he said what he needed to to piss them off face to face anyway) the sponsors may have seen something completely different. Love the passion though!
