west ham vs arsenal next week......it should be good game, u guys in recent seasons have had our number on us n broke our underfeated record at the emirates

That was a realy old school west ham performence...Except for about a 5 minute period in each half they had non existant defence, sh*te passing and regularly hoofing the ball down field hoping the stirkers could do something.. Unfortunately Cole was one of those strikers and is unable to do anything at all as per usual..

They will be in for a hiding next week if they produce another display like that against a team in form..

Hopefully Bellamy will be back and Lucas and Anton remember how to defend...

Yeah Ashton looks to be coming back to match fitness now. Was hoping that would happen sooner rather then later as I backed him for top scorer for the Hammers. (think I already mentioned that).

Tonight we are at home to Plymouth in the Carling Cup. No Bellamy still but Parker expected to make his debut and play.

After the effort against newcastle a good resounding win in this game is a must as a lead up to the weekend game against Arsenal..

West ham have struggled in the past agasint teams in the lower divisions particularly away from home. I am still expecting a good solid win though.

Trouble with the lower division clubs as per usual but thankfully a 90th minute goal from Ashton got us home 1-0..
