Great news. Richo said the new independent board members would be
announced this month and he delivered on that. They seem like good picks to me.

What's the backgrounds & qualifications of the 4 new appointed members?

Well Michelle was managing Allied express who are a big courier company. She made a lot of good strategic decisions to keep up with and sometimes beat the fierce competition- especially from the US giants.

She was probably ultimately responsible for thousands of employees and hundreds of thousands of contracts. My understanding is that she was tenacious about technology and it’s applications.

She is a go getter.

And one of her attributes, she’s not some candy store popper bullshit feral YouTube advertiser corporate knob wanting your money for nothing.

She learnt almost all of her skills on the job and is street smart.

WT fanatic for ages.

Ultimately the members should be appointing the board by election.

It works for government and shareholders and provides for accountability.

We’ve got a fan group in the new regime.

They’ll get consulted and their ideas will be binned.
