This Saturday the Jets host another foundation club in the Wests Magpies at Henson Park at 3pm.

Last weekend the Balmain voice was loud and clear and so those diehard maggies joining up with Yappy and the Lads we look forward to seeing you as well as hearing you this weekend.

It will be interestingto see if the pies fans can attract as many as the tiges and the chants will be non stop and should be another great day in traditional hard football.

I Think Balmain will show the strongest presents overall, partially due to the fact that Balmain supporters are closer to Henson Park demographically as opposed to the Western Suburbs supporters. 8)

I'm a Balmain supporter - and will back-up again this week to see the Magpies go (for just my 3rd time this season)!!
I`ll more than likely be there as well. But in any case, keep a close watch on Nigel Plum for the Magpies! He`s one who hasn`t got much of a mention as far as the Wests Tigers go,but I reckon he`s got the ability to be a better than average 1`st grade back-rower.I`d appreciate some feedback about Plummy from anyone who attends this match.

Just ask Yappy, He will write up 5 foolscap pages on it,on the 'Magpies.net' site. 8)

I'm endevouring to make it. As i stated on the Magpie forum, its always been a goal of mine to see a game at Henson, and hopefully Saturday it will become a reality. My Grandma is an old Bluebag/Jet and has told me many a story about Newtown and the ground. But just getting away from that, hopefully we'll only see a Black and White victory 8)

Newton are going to VERY hard to beat.

Never a truer word written! It'll be another good test to see if the Jets really are semi final material.

You'd be mad to miss it! See you all there.

Bluebag: "HPH but the Diehards have a clacker we don't."

Isn't the clacker thing a bit like that old definition of a gentleman:

"A gentleman is one who knows how to play the bagpipes but has the good manners to refrain from doing so."

Ditto with "clackers", for mine.

Whenever you guys come over, that sound always makes me think I've been transported to some pathetic UK soccer match. Not an Australian RL sound at all.

Regards,
TDT-1

So did Monah end up copping a suspension or is he playing on the weekend?

After what I saw on saturday (and every other bloody time we've played him  ) that'll influence who I tip to win.
