A Confucian quote once said...
"What the superior man seeks is in himself; what the small man seeks is in others."
This means that a superior man tends to look within and seeks fulfillment within himself. He knows that everything he wants is available right within him and hence he does not try to seek that in others.
I tend to take that saying as someone who thinks they know everything and really doesn't want to listen to others and will force their self entitlement onto or take it from others.
Quack quack.

What a bizarre morning, what iconic photos.
Deserves better than the wasteland, but it is what it is.
All the hate rhetoric going on, joke gun laws, 350 million population, there’s always going to be a number of crazies.

Of course it’s bad, outrageous, but what do people expect?

And sadly, it could just have well have been Biden.

And before anyone clobbers me, there’s plenty of American things I think we should more closely follow, enact and practice.

TSP, I'm a firm believer in what people say more often than not, is what they are thinking and the type of people they are. (Trump)
Further to this, a person's upbringing, especially during pubescent age, they are moulded by what their role models do and say, what their peers are doing and saying.
If you live in a world where every second word is f this and f that, the chances are your going to say and act like that. NOT always, but the averages are high if you talk to experts and social workers. The same thing applies with how women and different ethnic groups are treated.
The USA is caught up in their Hollywood ways, that the average American believes that under Second Amendment to the United States Constitution, the right to keep and bear arms is not only a right but a way of life. That they should have a gun in the house, glove box even.
They are dilusional. It is so easy to get a house full of guns and in the hands of nutters who abuse their rights.
As a lad, growing up in a country home, we had guns, we used them to keep rabbits and roos under control but that was it.
Even when we were allowed to have guns, the death rate was very low but the Port Arthur massacre was an example that there's nutters here too who can abuse the system.
We stopped having guns overnight...we went cold turkey and did a great job eradicating a potential problem.
After the guns were gone, knife assaults sky-rocketed.
Multiply the use of weapons by population who have the right to bare arms obviously means their are going to be more deaths, eg USA v Aust..
In 2022, 132 people died in the US from a firearm-related incidents each day. My God imagine that! What if that happened here? It would be like WW3 in Oz.
Americans won't change. Kids in schools or Maccas will be continually slaughtered in numbers by semi-automatic military style weapons.
There is too much money involved provided by people and organisations pulling the strings of US politician puppets not to change the laws and US citizens against guns are out numbered I think.
Lastly, money is votes. Out of all the thousands of US politicians the best they can come up with is Trump, the man who talks down to people and boasts his wealth and an old bloke whose eyes are barely kept open from botox and can't speak without making huge blunders.....both who talk crap. Go USA, the world leaders, so THEY say.

Interesting comments by Scott Prince about when he left the Tigers -

I spoke to him at a meet and greet in Brizzy and he said then he regretted leaving.
Bringing it up again at the same time assistant coaches for next year is being discussed.
Three play maker coaches for next year? I think we need a hard nosed defensive coach.

All I said, " no they dont" then your rant went onto say.....
BS not true at all.
Find out your facts before posting.
I'm just putting you in your place.
Get it now.

You are the reason LU has a reputation of being rude and childish.
I was reading this quote before your rant,
The Wests Tigers are poised to land the signing of Cronulla’s Royce Hunt as they move to fill the void of prop Stefano Utoikamanu.
Hunt has met with Wests Tigers coach Benji Marshall and the club is growing increasingly confident that the Sharks power forward will be on their roster next season.
Hunt is believed to be weighing up a three-year offer as Benji Marshall continues his rebuild of the club.
Hunt is on-contract at the Sharks for 2025 and has been given permission to look for another club for 2026 and beyond.
The Tigers deal would require Hunt securing an early release from Cronulla for 2025, which is expected to be ratified as negotiations intensify this week.

Your probably right, but it's time to grow up lad and stop bullying people.
