Round One of Wet Canvas Survivor has officially come to a close. A special thank you to those who signed up and submitted some fantastic artwork. The field is definately booming with talent.
Unfortunately, of the thirteen contestants to sign up, only eight submitted a graphic. Meaning that there will be no voting after one round and that we will be moving straight to the championship bracket (ie the "Elite Eight") Congradulations to those who have progressed on. As it turns out, all it took was an effort and you were through.
Which brings us to the Championship Bracket. As explained in the competition layout thread, names were placed into a hat (actually, it was a frying pan to be honest
) and randomly drawn out and placed into the bracket according to seeds. First name pulled drew the number one seed, second name pulled drew the number two seed and so on until all eight seeds were filled.
And finally, a special thank you to those of you who signed up and pulled a shifty on us by going MIA. I will personally send you a polaroid of my middle finger. Haha, without further ado, here is the championship bracket AND next rounds banner topic!
