Sack Flanagan

So does this mean the DY starts looking elsewhere for a HC role or does it strengthen his position to get the head coaching role here in a couple of more years?
I'm surprised he hasn't joined Ben Hornbag & latched onto Creeping Jesus to LOL@souff$.

After all, Creeping seemed to enjoy Young wiping his throat-yogurt off whenever a reference was required.

I think Darius is the only person further up his clackka then those two.

Strange decision to extend a coach with such a poor record to date, I'm sure we'll all come to regret the decision being made so prematurely.

Anyhow this just means that you'll all be seeing more and more anti Flanagan posts as the years pass by 😂😂
I don’t use use the ignore function because I prefer to read posts and ignore some of them anyway, but I hadn’t previously noted that you’ve only said the same thing a little more than 1.000 times - it feels more like 10,000.
Maybe if you adopt a positive affirmation instead of ‘Flano must go’ it might one day come to fruition.

I wonder if flanno has an assistant in mind for 2026? Either of Dean or Carr could move on potentially...

Not that Carr's contract finishes this year so I dunno if flanno wants him extended.. I think he is reasonably regarded though listening to players refer to. Him.. And supposedly short-listed for a UK coaching role.. But ultimately I want flanno to finally choose an assistant of his own choice.. He chose neither of the currents.

This would be the perfect opportunity for DY to leave the nest for a few years and work on his personal growth. Wouldn’t hurt his chances down the track, just hopefully not with us

It’s unbelievable that structures are just being put in place now so that we can be a professional outfit.

How does it happen that we are in the shape we are in?

Useless at best.

Anyway, it’s til 28, so here we are. Some things Flan dies well, others he comes up short on, just imo.

Wish he’d stop flapping his gums.

I desperately want him to go to the UK and be a head coach.. Or atleast an assistant in an unfamiliar nrl club... He's only gonna get 1 crack at a head gig.. And he's trying to take the shortcut route imo...

Imo go and earn it as a head coach in a lower division... Make your mistakes... he's got decades, there is no reason to rush it..

If you don't give them oxygen they become invisible. You responding is a life support for a floundering fish.

There is no doubt in my mind that the club needs a GOOD shake-up. We have a positive in the young juniors coming through but have some deadwood that should be shed.

So the hard work of ridding the club of its dead wood. should begin NOW so that we don't waste another year. Most important is the idea that our action should deliver a positive change to our current circumstances.

1. We can sack Flanno if our changes still do not deliver a positive result.
2. Sack Young and Csarr ASAP and replace them with the Walker Brothers.
3. Fitness and injuries seem to be a big problem this season, so hire new staff Prior to the start of the off-season.
4. Now that we have a new CEO, we need to clean out the staff of the Football Department. Replace Haran, Millard, Millward, and others, while at the same time, identify replacement staff.
5. We need to get rid of the players we do not want to keep, and then as a priority recruit:
a. A marquee fullback
b. A marquee halfback
c. A marquee prop.
Agree with it all Possm. 1) Even though Flanno is extended - we have seen how little that means and he should be on notice if we don't meet success targets, and I imagine he will be. 2,3 & 4 - ABSOLUTELY, DA has a big job on his hands. 5) For A B and C - recruitment need to explore a little thing called TPA. Do we really believe that Doueihi left that much money on the table to reject us? and so quickly too? no doubt in my mind that a TPA filled the gap.

Look I like the Tige Pies so good on them.

No response needed flog, you’ve already embarrassed yourself more than enough.
Enjoy the next 4 years of Flanno ya muppet!!!
Hahahahahahah
I thought you had me on ignore champion?

By the way, you might want to brush up on your maths. He has one (1) year left and he was extended today for two (2) years. I think 1+2=3 there Pal 😂😂😂
He'll do well to see out his whole contract with how piss poor of a coach he is.

Yeah you enjoy it too buddy, it's going to be a lot of fun 😂😂
