Continuum by John Mayer. It's apparently heading in a real bluesy direction, with Pino Palladino and Steve Jordan collaborating on a lot of it. Should be interesting to see where he goes and how quickly the little girl market gets off the bandwagon.

Queensryche - Operation:Mindcrime II
The sequel to one of the all time great concept albums. I know groups like Pink Floyd have done some great concept albums and the original Operation: Mindcrime is up there with them.

Hopefully this CD will see a return to form from one of the great progressive metal groups.

Also looking forward to the next round of official bootlegs from Dream Theater. Always a treat for DT fans.

Nickleback: I like thier new single and ive heard that thier new album will be better than their previous ones

Best Of Savage Garden: I dont know why there is one going to be made up when they've only ever released 2 albums, i'll still get it cause it will have (well from what ive heard) all thier B-Sides and rare songs on it

Rooster: a band from England, i dont know if they have already released thier album yet.

The Living End's 4th album!

I have seen them play 2 secret shows in Melbourne this year when they've played NOTHING but new stuff! And most of it is absolute killer! Look out for a song called "Whats On Your Radio"...it's my favourite of the new material and I reckon it'll get released as the first single. I had a chat with Chris Cheney after one of the shows and the feedback from the fans for the new stuff has been really postitive. Should've recommended he make that song the first single!

Can't wait for it anyway!

I am personally hanging out for the Queen+Paul Rodgers live album that's due out on Monday. It's called 'Return Of The Champions' and it's taken from a show from their recent European tour (Queen's first since the Magic Tour in 1986, and obviously, their first since Freddie Mercury's untimely passing). The dvd will follow it in a few weeks.

The few snippets I've heard and seen from the tour indicate this will be an awesome live album. Mostly Queen songs, but there's a few Paul Rodgers songs (solo, Free, and Bad Company) in there too.

I can't wait!
