Made up a tasty honey chilli chicken stir fry. The recipe is from a womens weekly cook book from the 70's.

well it would be harder to tell if there was a nail in the pecan pie, because pecans are crunchy. I noticed the nail in the other cake because there was something hard in my mouth when there shouldn't have been and I pulled it out and ewwwwwww

Had a good day of eating.
Porridge followed by a couple of oranges. Warmed up butter chicken and then a scrambled egg on toast for lunch. Few chocolate biscuits, an apple, cup of coffe in the afternoon. Chicken coming up for dinner.
